Members of the Coast Guard Maritime Security Response Team (MSRT), based in Chesapeake, Virginia, lower a Coast Guard dog to the cutter Frank Drew during vertical insertion training in the Chesapeake Bay. MSRTs and Maritime Safety and Security Teams are domestic security and anti-terrorism units created in the wake of the 9/11 attacks.
