A Coast Guardsman and his partner, Dusty, a bomb-sniffing dog, inspect a container and truck for explosives as part of annual multi-agency strike force operations in Long Beach Harbor, California. Over 300 containers and trucks were inspected by the Coast Guard, local police departments, and the California Air Resource Board to ensure compliance with various Federal, state, and local regulations.
